To celebrate UK Sausage Week, and the announcement of Moor Allerton Golf Club’s new catering team, led by Paul Bolster, the club have launched a new signature sausage sandwich.
The NEW Moor Allerton Beef & Mustard Sausage uses the finest beef from local family farm HW Cowling & Son, in Pannal, Harrogate. It has been developed in partnership with Sykes House Farm in Wetherby and is served on toasted sea salt & rosemary focaccia bread from artisan bakery “The Bread Factory”.
Paul Bolster, Catering Manager at Moor Allerton commented, “One of the first things on my list when I came to Moor Allerton, was to create a signature sausage. Quality, flavour and provenance was key for us when choosing, and after tasting lots of variations, the Beef & Mustard was the clear winner”.
Arriving with over 23 years catering experience and the last 10 years running his own catering business, Paul’s core values are to produce food that always taste great, whether that’s something as simple as eggs on toast or a menu item with subtle flavour balances, like his Moroccan spiced sweet potato, halloumi and feta salad.
